The transformative project, situated on a 1.6-acre parcel of land, will significantly contribute to the city’s ongoing revitalization efforts.
The development will feature at least 300 residential units, although the breakdown of bedroom counts per unit has not been specified.
It will include 24,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial area, offering various retail and service opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
