LONDON – Incon, the developer, has submitted a proposal for the development of 614 Westmount Crescent.
The plan entails the creation of a Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium, facilitating the construction of four townhouse buildings.
In total, 19 units are proposed for construction on the 1.2-acre lot.
The envisioned development will feature two rows of townhouse buildings, accommodating a mix of three-bedroom units.
Access to the units will be facilitated by a new private road connecting to Westmount Crescent, ensuring convenient ingress and egress for residents.
Shared common elements are integral to the proposal, including landscaped open space, visitor parking facilities, and internal sidewalks.
These amenities aim to enhance the quality of life for residents while fostering a sense of community within the development.
The application for the Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium is currently under consideration and pending approval from the city.
Additionally, the proposed development is subject to a Site Plan application (SPA23-091), ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
If approved, the project will help address the city’s housing needs by offering appealing and modern residences in a highly desirable neighbourhood.
