Proposed land development to introduce 29 dwelling units in London

LONDON — Crosko Land Corp has submitted a proposal for a Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium, aiming to introduce a total of 29 dwelling units at 950 Eagletrace Drive. 

The plan includes a mix of 26 semi-detached dwelling units and three townhouse dwelling units, along with associated amenities and infrastructure improvements. 

The proposed development entails individual driveways for 12 of the semi-detached dwelling units directly accessible from Eagletrace Drive. 

Additionally, a new private road and sidewalks are slated to provide access from Eagletrace Drive to the remaining dwelling units. 

Common elements such as visitor parking and landscaped open space will be shared among the residents. 

At present, the property is under consideration for Site Plan Approval under the designation SPA23-082. 

Notably, no modifications to the existing Official Plan or Zoning By-Law are being sought as part of this application. 

The application does not entail any amendments to the Official Plan or Zoning By-Law. 

The proposal solely focuses on the Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium for the introduction of the 29 dwelling units at the site. 

While the provided information offers a comprehensive overview of the proposed development, additional details such as unit sizes, bedroom counts, amenity space allocation, and parking ratios have not yet been specified.
